(2 oz.) muffins*

1/3 cups of (2%) milk

2 scoops Resource® ThickenUp® Clear

 

*Muffins should not contain nuts, seeds, dates, raisins, shredded carrots, coconut or ingredients that will not puree to a smooth consistency

Instruction

Crumble muffins into small pieces and place in a bowl.

Pour milk over the muffins and soak for 5 minutes.

Once muffins are softened, place muffins and any remaining milk into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

Add Resource®ThickenUp® Clear and mix to combine ingredients. If needed, scrape down the sides of the container to make sure everything is blended in.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Use 1/3 cup pureed muffin per serving.

For a warm muffin, place in a microwave safe container, cover and heat to desired temperature.
