Potato cream soup with smoked sausages

8 g sunflower oil (Tbsp.)

50 g  (½) onion, diced

50 g carrots cut in half cm cubes

50 g leek cut in half cm cubes

50 g celery root cut half cm cubes

150 g potatoes, cubed

100 ml milk (1.5% fat)

150 ml cream (low fat 10% fat) 350 ml water

2 g salt (Tbsp.)

60 g (1) Wiener sausage, sliced nutmeg to taste

Ground white pepper, to taste

5 g  fresh chopped parsley (1 tsp.)

90 g MERITENE Mobilis Neutral


Sauté the vegetables in half the oil and remove from the pot. Add the potatoes with the rest of the oil and sauté for 3 minutes; add the water and milk and cook till soft. Mash the potatoes and add the vegetables. Season to taste with the nutmeg, salt and white pepper. Whisk the cream with the MERITENE Mobilis Neutral. Heat the sausages in the soup, and add the MERITENE Mobilis Neutral mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
