120 g cocktail tomatoes, halved

50 g sour cream

50 g buttermilk

2 g garlic cloves, minced

20 g MERITENE Mobilis Neutral

1 g salt

1 g pepper

1 g dried dill

1 g finely chopped fresh chives

4 ml fresh lemon juice


Prepare the Romano lettuce and cut into quarters. Arrange with the tomatoes on the plate. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
